Rustic Christmas Tree Decorations – Evergreen Yuletide Charm

It’s Christmas time and there’s no doubt that Christmas is in the air, although this year I felt it a little later due to the restrictions on going out and dampened mood on festivities in less crowded shopping centres. Christmas has always been one of my favourite time of the year because of its religious significance and also the family traditions and memories that the occasion holds for me. As a kid, I used to enjoy putting up the Christmas tree at home and hanging the Christmas ornaments with my sisters. I loved the rustic Christmas tree decorations as they oozed a certain charm of warmth and natural beauty for a city girl like me. Christmas Tree Decorations

I would absolutely love to have a live pine tree or an artificial tree at least 6 feet tall to decorate with these rustic Christmas tree decorating ideas which I hope you will love as much as I enjoyed putting them together. [As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.]

Star Tree Topper

Stars are probably the most traditional and popular tree topper as they are based on the Nativity story of the three wise men following the shining star to Bethlehem.

These hand-made rattan Christmas tree toppers make the perfect choice for a rustic theme. Stars pre-wrapped with warm white fairy lights will give an added glow to the home when lit. They are available with remote, 8 lighting modes, brightness dimmable and timer functions.

Additional string of LED fairy lights is a must to complete the look to give the tree a warm glow with lighting effect.

Vintage-Style Ornaments

Red and white balls decorated with glitter, jute twine, green pine needles and red mistletoe berries add a vintage and nostalgic mood to the festive decor.

Add more shapes with felt cloth elks, pretty snowflakes and gingerbread cookies with smiley faces, or Christmas stockings, bells and stars.

Wooden Hanging Ornaments

Hanging wooden houses illuminated with LED lights will light up your tree with even more rustic charm.

Finely engraved and painted with reindeer, Santa Claus and snowman, the wooden cabins are delightful handicrafts.

Faith, Hope, Love, Peace, Joy and Noel, no other words describe the spirit of the season better than these.

Wooden hollow hanging tree tags hung with red ribbons remind us of the true meaning of celebrating Christmas.

Heavenly Angels

Angels we have heard on high… dainty tin metal angels are adorable and made to adorn rustic Christmas trees. These dancing angels are a true expression of the joyous festive season.

Christmas Gnomes

For a Scandinavian touch, hand-made Swedish gnomes make cute Christmas tree decorations. Also called Tomte or Nisse, European folklore believes the spirit of the gnome guards the home, protecting from misfortune and brings good luck.

Wearing knitted conical hats and white beards, they blend very well with the Christmas theme.

The gnome body have LED lights which are (built-in) battery operated.

A Blessed Christmas

I’d like to share this Christmas carol, which is one of my favourites.

Wishing you and your loved ones a very blessed Christmas.

May you experience the Love, Peace and Joy of the season.

Best wishes for a meaningful and joyous celebration.

  1. Just like you, Christmas seasons have been my favorite of all seasons around the year because of the festive breeze it brings all along, and this year’s Christmas festivity won’t be an exception for me. Most significantly, the rustic Christmas tree decorations will be seen all over the places (including schools, religious centers, cinemas, theater rooms, etc) as Christmas approaches its end-of-the-year season. • Hi Nuttanee, I’m glad you came across my post and that you like the rustic Christmas tree decorations.

Christmas may not be the same this year without the parties, but that doesn’t stop us from celebrating with just our families and loved ones. Decorate the home with some Christmas ornaments and they will help set the mood and feeling of Christmas.

Wishing you a wonderful Christmas time with your husband!
